peadiatrics@zhswmc.edu.bdThe Department of Paediatrics consists of one professor, two associate professors,
two assistant professors, one assistant registrar and six medical officers. Our goal
is to continuously evolve to become one of the world’s leading academic departments
of paediatrics, focusing on excellence in clinical care. We teach undergraduate
students from 3rd year to 5th year in the form of lectures, tutorials and clinical
classes. We conduct clinical meetings, seminars and journal clubs to keep ourselves
updated about the recent advances.
Our enthusiastic and dedicated team runs the hospital in a very professional way. We
serve more than 100 patients daily in the outpatient department, examine them
clinically, do relevant investigations and provide them with appropriate treatment
with necessary advices. The patients who need intensive treatment, get admitted in
the inpatient department. Our inpatient department consist of 30 bed ward and 10 bed
NICU
